Aloft is a bespoke hot air balloon manufacturer and dawn flight experience company. This policy covers the personal data we collect when a visitor browses the fleet or sends a commission or flight enquiry through the site.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email, what you’re interested in, and an optional message. We also record your IP address for a few minutes to throttle spam submissions — that record expires automatically. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How your enquiry is handled
Submitting the form emails the flight desk directly — it isn’t stored in a public database. We use it to reply about build slots, pricing, and flight availability, and keep it only as long as needed to help with your enquiry.
Your rights
Email us any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
