Built to catch the first light.

The build

How a commission actually happens here.

Every envelope is patterned, cut, and sewn in our own shop — not licensed out to a subcontractor.

Consultation

Capacity, livery, and budget — the flight desk scopes the build against a real catalogue model or a one-off special shape.

Pattern & cut

Gore panels are cut in-house to the commissioned livery, load-tested seam by seam before assembly.

Sew & rig

Envelope, basket, and burner are assembled and rigged together as one system, not bought separately.

Test flight & delivery

Our own crew flies every envelope before it ships, on the same meadow it was cut for.

Dawn flights

Fly in the balloons we build.

Alongside every commission, our own crew flies dawn charters out of the launch meadow — first light, calm air, and a balloon we built ourselves.

What to expect

Flight desk daily, dawn to 9am — meet at the launch meadow before sunrise, watch the crew inflate, and fly with calm morning air for roughly an hour.

From the pilots and owners who fly them

Aloft built our Comet to exact competition spec and it's still the fastest-responding burner I've flown.

Competition Pilot, National Hot Air Balloon Championship

Vanguard was flying commercial routes within a week of delivery. Zero rework needed on the rigging.

Chief Pilot, Highland Aeronautics

The Halcyon we commissioned in 2019 still passes annual inspection without a single fabric repair — that's not typical in this trade.
